Hi, I’m Kassandra.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade and it is my absolute pleasure to bring you my third 30-day yoga challenge! This particular one was born from a desire to help people feel good in their bodies and expand their minds through simple yet effective practices and exercises.
