Beautiful book A lot of work went into creating this beautiful book. It’s a work of art with beautiful photos. There is much more is included, besides just beautiful pictures. There is access to Kassandra’s videos and so many different ways to meditate and explore different aspects of the yogi world. She gives lots of lists, like music or books to get your hands on. I don’t think you could ever be bored with this book.

Great book The book complements Kassandra's videos online and also includes a link to additional classes. The pictures are excellent and the explanations are clear. This is well written and thought out book.

Lots of different ideas and topics I've been doing the 15 min morning/evening yoga videos Kassandra has out on Youtube. This book has a flow to it that includes seasons, moon phases, yoga pose sets that are easy to follow...Easy to delve into a little at a time. Very well put together.

My favorite yoga book!!!! I love this book. Beautiful illustrations links to videos. It’s more than just yoga it’s mindfulness, it’s everything you could want in a well rounded practice. I highly recommended this book

Love this Book This is a phenomenal yoga resource. The book is excellent but having access to videos via QR code is genius! This is a great resource for yogis of all levels.

What a great book! I love this book. It is really well laid out and had great information. I love the affirmations and other positive motivations and outlooks included with some great yoga sequences. I love that they correspond with the year. Recommend and makes a great gift.

Motivational and easy to follow. I’ve grown tired of doing yoga to videos on my phone. This book creates sequences for daily use that are presented in gorgeous photographs. Highly recommended!

Very well done! I LOVE the concept of adapting yoga practice to the seasons and moon cycles and Kassandra exceeded my expectations with this book! Beautiful photography, easy-to-follow descriptions, lots of affirmations and additional things to help enhance your practice that you may not get from doing a follow-along practice on Youtube. A major bonus is the QR codes linked to videos if you'd rather follow along. It's nice to have some yoga practices and meditations that aren't interrupted with ads at the end, like you get with YouTube. I definitely recommend buying it if you are thinking about it. I wish I would have sooner!
